You can get the Harley Davidson in the Capo Tier by completing the 'Run a Biker Gang Out of Town' job.

Hu-9 Helicopter (Cuba)

You can loot the Hu-9 Helicopter in the El Padrino Tier by completing the 'Attack The Army Command Post' job.

Humvee

You can get the Humvee in the Underboss tier by completing the job 'Break Into The Armory.'

Illegal Transaction Records
